I'm driven by the knowledge that even one person inspired by my stories to break the cycle of their own generational trauma, shed their pain and shame, and become the mother or woman they were born to be, makes my sharing worthwhile. My passion lies in helping women, mothers, and children win at life.

I'm a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and emotional healing. With a mission to inspire women to turn their pain into potential, Cari encourages them to be the women they were born to be and the parents they never had.
I'm currently writing my third book, but this book in progress is a very different project for me. It's nonfiction. It's my story. I believe it's the book I was born to write.
